Q: How do you define a successful engagement?
A: A successful engagement is one where, at the end of the project, our client is excited to utilize the solution we’ve put into place, and has gained additional insights regarding their overall marketing strategy.
Q: What do you enjoy about the customer experience?
A: I truly enjoy each engagement we have with our clients. It is enjoyable hearing the challenges they are facing and turning those opportunities into solutions. It is all about being able to help our clients and enabling them to have aha moments.

A: Email is helping us to reconsider how our clients communicate with their customers. It allows us to leverage the data that is available and use it to create a unique experience for each customer along their personal journey in a timely manner.

A: Being cheerful is easy when you love what you do and the people you work with. I was fortunate enough to find my true passion—helping people.
